Simple Overnight Oats Recipe
This is the simple overnight oats recipe to start with: 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup milk and 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, stirred in a jar and left in the fridge overnight. Once you know the ratio, you can make any flavor.

Tips for the best simple overnight oats recipe

- Any milk works: dairy, soy, oat or almond. Dairy and soy add the most protein.
- Make 3 or 4 jars at once; they keep 4 days in the fridge.
