FAQ

Do you need yogurt in overnight oats?

No, but it makes them creamier and adds protein. Without yogurt, use 1/2 cup milk per 1/2 cup oats.

Can I use regular yogurt instead of Greek?

Yes. Regular yogurt is thinner and has less protein, so reduce the milk by a couple of tablespoons.

How much protein is in Greek yogurt overnight oats?

About 26 g per jar for this recipe, an estimate based on typical values. Check your yogurt's label, since brands vary.
