FAQ

Can you use canned pumpkin in overnight oats?

Yes. Plain canned pumpkin puree works best. About 1/4 of a 15 oz can (roughly 1/4 cup) per jar gives a strong pumpkin flavor.

How long do pumpkin overnight oats last?

Up to 4 days in a covered jar in the fridge. Add pecans or graham cracker crumbs the morning you eat them so they stay crunchy.

Can you eat pumpkin overnight oats warm?

Yes. Microwave uncovered for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, stirring halfway, until hot.
